BATHROOMS
The 4 bathrooms are perfect for freshening up after a day in the North Carolina sun. Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with premium quality cookware, appliances, cooking tools and essentials, perfect for your next home cooked meal at the beach with friends and family. You gourmets will love it.
LIVING ROOM
The living room features a couch (fold out full bed), love seat and two recliners. There is a 75″ Samsung QLED TV and sound system. Miscellaneous diversions such as chess, cards, puzzles and more are there for your pleasure.
GAME ROOM & TOYS
Stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, four beach cruiser bicycles, croquet set, giant checkers set and more. Large TV for viewing or gaming. Pool table, air hockey and ping pong.
OUTSIDE SPACE
A large yard awaits, complete with privacy, hot tub, activities for outside play – cornhole set, croquet, giant checkers, beach cruiser bikes and more.Outside shower give y’all a chance to de-salt and de-sand before coming inside.

You will have access to the full home (Excluding one garage and one closets Used by Owner)
Seconds from the ocean! You will have access to our private beach path; 45 seconds to the sand. This location is very serene and ideal for a beach getaway with your loved ones.
All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available
Please contact us if you would like to order additional towel sets.
A starter kit will also be included which includes:
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 2 rolls of toilet paper
· 1 small dish soap
· 2 dishwasher tablets
HOUSE RULES
10 Guests Limit, unless approved otherwise
Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that may occur on the property. Guests must report any property damage to Coastal Premier.
Unreported damages will be deducted from deposit and may constitute additional charges.
Office Hours
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday. In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, our office will be closed December 16, 2023 and will reopen on January 2, 2024.
Check-in: Check in begins at 3:00pm. Once the property is cleaned and inspected you will receive a text with your entry code to the property. Please do not go to the property until you receive your text. Doing so may delay your check in as cleaners and inspectors will not stop if there are cars in the drive way.
Late Check In: As long as your rental agreement has been signed and your reservation is paid in full you can check in after 5:00pm. Please call us if you think you will be arriving past 5:00 pm to make arrangements for your check-in.
Check Out Time: Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m.
Parking: Enclosed parking for up to two vehicles. Outside driveways can accommodate an additional four vehicles. Please note that the towns of Surf City (April 1 – October 31) and North Topsail Beach (year around) require paid parking in public lots. You can get more info about parking here for Surf City parking and North Topsail Beach parking.Safe family oriented neighborhood!
We recommend having a car to traverse the island.
