Common Questions About Your Stay
What amenities are included in the rental?
Our beach house offers a fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room, washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a private path that gives you direct beach access. We provide bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, games and a whole lot more to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Is the property pet-friendly?
No, at this time we are not accepting pets. Maybe when the “brand new” wears off, we’ll re-think it.

How far is the beach from the house?
The beach is just a short walk away; 45 seconds from the patio. I timed it, and I’m old and slower ‘n molasses. Though, for the lazy and or walking impaired the two spacious decks provide you with stunning ocean views right from the property.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in: Check in begins at 3:00pm. Once the property is cleaned and inspected you will receive a text with your entry code to the property. Please do not go to the property until you receive your text. Doing so may delay your check in as cleaners and inspectors will not stop if there are cars in the drive way.
Late Check In: As long as your rental agreement has been signed and your reservation is paid in full you can check in after 5:00pm. Please call us if you think you will be arriving past 5:00 pm to make arrangements for your check-in.
Check Out Time: Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m.
Office Hours
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday. In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, our office will be closed December 16, 2025 and will reopen on January 2, 2026.
What is the Parking Situation
We have enclosed garage parking for two cars, outside parking for 4 additional vehicles. We have RV parking, though if you bring your RV, you will have less room for cars.
Please note that the towns of Surf City (April 1 – October 31) and North Topsail Beach (year around) require paid parking in public lots. You can get more info about parking here for Surf City parking and North Topsail Beach parking.

Yes, the area offers a variety of attractions including water sports, local dining, shopping experiences and a whole lot more. How Far is the Market
North End Market is just across the street from the Bitchin’ Beach House. There you can find esserntial items. You’ll have to travel about ten minutes into Sneads Ferry to get to the local grocery store and other small businesses.
